T-Mobile siegt: Sipgate zieht VoIP-Software fürs iPhone zurück

Wie Sipgate heute mitteilte, hat T-Mobile vor dem Oberlandesgericht Hamburg eine einstweilige Verfügung gegen den VoIP-Anbieter erwirkt. Gegenstand ist die Werbung für eine VoIP-Software fürs iPhone. Sipgate hat daher das Angebot von seiner Website entfernt und prüft nun rechtliche Schritte.

Sipgate-Chef Thilo SalmonIn diesem Streit, der schon länger geht, hatte Sipgate auch T-Mobile angegriffen und ebenfalls eine Werbung untersagen lassen. Der Netzbetreiber hatte seine iPhone-Tarife unzulässig als "freier Internetzugang mit unbegrenzter Datenflatrate" beworben. Das Landgericht Hamburg wies nun den Widerspruch T-Mobiles zurück.

Damit steht es in der Auseinandersetzung der beiden aber nicht unentschieden. T-Mobile hat vorläufig gesiegt. In den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen seiner Complete-Tarife fürs iPhone untersagt T-Mobile die Nutzung von Voice-over-IP im Mobilfunknetz. Die VoIP-Software von Sipgate ermöglichte aber genau das auf gehackten iPhones. Der Kunde hat ebenfalls verloren - bereits durch T-Mobiles Einschränkung.
